Are these types of mods allowed?
You press a button and they spawn in front of you and you can fight them. Other people nearby won't be able to see them. I can't see any advantage here, but I'd like to see an admin confirm this.

I don't get it. Why would you use it in a roleplay server? Oh, "to create a more realistic roleplay".
Even though it doesn't give you any advantage, I don't think it's allowed because it doesn't fit a roleplay server.

It does give you an advantage. Same as the my little pony skin mods, and then when someone is shooting your upper body, he cant harm you.

those things people use it on SP . if you kick someone or hit him this dude will start killing 'em , anyway on SAMP they are useless

On your screen, it appears to be a normal skin, let's say id 273 for example. But I modded that skin to be actually much smaller and lower, and you're shooting in empty space actually, which makes me kind of immortal, if you're not shooting in the floor.

Well you can abuse this mod as a cover to avoid being hitted, for example you can place those creatures just in front of you and players will try to shoot & damage you but they wont succeed because these creatures will be used as your cover, as an object ..So this will get you just some troubles like useless reports etc
Other than that, there's no any other advantage, your character performs same moves which can be seen by other players at the same time and place

No, this is not the case. There's only 1 mod that allows you to do this and that's CLEO Pikachu. You can't just replace a skin mod and make it smaller thinking it'll change the hitbox.

Lol, if this was the case I could legally just switch out the current skin I'm using with a skinnier version of a hobo skin (Hooded) and start gunfights. However, that wouldn't be the case as your hitbox doesn't change.

@Vlatko Thanks for pointing that out. I'll test and see if it works that way in a DM server.
@Palermo Andre's right, that is not the case. Even if you change your skin to a shorter one, it will not affect the damage done by an opponent. The CLEO mod of pikachu however is different and illegal. The skin mod is completely harmless and is allowed.

I might be mistaken, or I just downloaded pikachu once without knowing it, because we tried it out with another guy, and he couldnt shoot me, no way.

Pikachu is obvious, and you'd definitely know if you installed it. You download a CLEO file and a skin mod and toggle it.
And as far as I know, it's the only type of modification (Illegal) that altars your hitbox.

There's several CLEO mods that are just like pikachu. I ain't naming them though since people will start downloading. This MOD doesn't NOT give you any advantage at all. It does nothing like what pikachu does - the only thing it does is enable aliens in the Graveyard, train tracks and other places. You hit the aliens until they die - it does not change your skin whatsoever. So, don't talk shit about mods you don't know about. Thanks have a nice day!

You can spawn more than one at once? Do they take damage of you? Can they be used as shields? (If you spawn one righ infront of you and an other player is shooting at you, will the bullet go through or will it get blocked?)

You are able to spawn more then one at once, they do take damage of the user and they can be used as a shield.
This mod is simply spawns a invisable to others pedistrains.
