I filled Character's Name, and adress, and it says there is no account with the name Firstname_Lastname and the email adress [email protected] in our database.
I cant reset my pasword

Check all the texts that you have entered and see if you can find any typing errors. If not, open a support ticket with an alternate account or add "[woot]" to the title of the thread.

Check if you wrote your name and Email correctly(including capital letters at the begging of the first name and the begging of the last name as well)

It's because you haven't matched your account with an email address when the feature was implemented. You can get your password by creating a support ticket.
