I log-in now after woot restarted the server and its immediately writing "Server closed the connection"

Try log in again. Probably works

Try few times, does it do the same? If yes delete the server from favorites, close samp, open it, add to favorites and try again.

It was because the server was restarting -.-

Try starting SAMP as an adminstrator if none of the stuff that are mentioned above helped you , but I think only deleting and adding again the server from favourites will work

Nope, relogging I had the same problem after 2 times it worked.
