Hey. Well recently I've been acused of lag/hack/force lag twice which got me wondering why so... I was never a lagger however seems that somehow changed.
I had recently my computer formated and, as far as I've seen, the performance in SAMP is even better, ain't freezing never (before format sometimes it frozen). However I tried to install Fifa13 and it's just impossible to play. I find it awkward since I always had fifa and played it with no problems so I guess there's something wrong with the performance of my computer.
I assume my computer is good enough to play fifa so I don't understand what's limiting its performance. Only thing that changed is that I updated from windows XP to 7.
Here I show some SS of dxdiag and from systemlabrequirements (FIFA13)
Spoiler
Any tips on how to recover my pc performance?

Analyze your disks C & D, if they're more than 10% fragmented defragment the disk
Use disk clean up on C, it'll clean some space
Close unnecessary processes, close applications which you dont need while you're playing some game
Scan your PC with some anti-virus, I would recommend you to use Trojan Killer, for free it will just scan your PC and tell you the results, so you can delete any files which have virus or something similar
EDIT: I just noticed that you have 32 bit OS, you should immediatly change it to 64 bit to be able to use all your RAM instead of using 3,2 GB which is max for 32 bit OS

Those tips above is very good!
In addition, I would recommend you to install a 64-bit Win 7 Ultimate.
[This depends how you manage to get it. You can download it somewhere for free.]
I recommend this so as you may use your RAM fully and enjoy faster processing.

omg don't fuck with me.. I had a 64 bit after format and I formated again to change to 32 ^^ cause I thought 64 was to heavy for my computer...I may FORMAT IT AGAIN --'''''' to put the 64 in that case....
About the cleaning and defrag...the computer was recently formated so that's really unlikely to have that kind of problems, no?

Your RAM capacity is above 4GB. Thus, you will have to get the x64 version of Windows.

I suggest you download AVG. There is a plugin which is named PC Analyze, which will scan your PC and report errors that effect the performance, after that you can download AVG PC tuneup which will fix the erros.

Never, but never use AVG or any setup labeled by them.

AVG or any analyzer software similar to that will just screw up your PC.

There's no point in using any crappy 'error fixing software' after doing a clean re-install of your operating system.
The only problem you actually got is that you installed 32bit windows instead of the 64bit. The x64 operating system doubles your CPU processing speed and uses all available RAM.
