That means the owner of the house paid money to the server so IM mappers add custom objects to his house (exterior) to make it look better or for RP reasons

Mapped houses are Houses that got more objects than the normal ones, Objects like chears, tables helipads and much more, Those objects has been added by the admin team or just by random mappers who wanted to make their houses looks better. The mapping make the house to be more beautifuler so the prices are getting up. This is the reason why people are telling you that mapped houses cost more.

Mapping = When adding extra models to a existing model.
House Mapping = When adding extra models to a existing house.
Sometimes the mapping is good (Is beautiful and compliments the house/model) and sometimes bad (Causes bugs and/or lag). The owner who wishes to map his house has to pay for that, so that's why the mapped houses are much more expensive.
