can you tell me what does this mean? and how to do this?.

The business you're working for has to have an armed guards license in order for the guards of the business to work there WITH a firearm. If that business armed guards license gets accepted, you re-apply to get a firearm license so you can continue being a guard there, AND be armed while working.
