Basically, it doesn't give you advantage over other players.
I cannot see a reason it shouldn't be allowed.

Aslong as its is not CLEO you are free to go. (and not S0BIET)

It's allowed. Please share it with the community, I'm sure K3lroy will thank you as this mod will make a few people drive properly, at least until woot decides to implement one.

Not all CLEO mods are forbidden, only the ones that give you advantage over other players.
But of course if you're not certain, you should consult with a member of the staff.
