i am in car lot and some one calling me and said he want to trade his sabre + 1500 and i go to him and sell my car for 1$ and he ran up me and left server is this scam ???

can i do this ? or i get banned ??? yea i read server rules but did nt understand wat is scam help me

For your incident, Yes he scammed you and should report him for scamming.
Yes, If you do this you get banned.
You can't scam under any circumstances, Only robbing is allowed.
And most important , Never scam in casinos, houses and vehicles and businesses deals.

Scamming means not doing as the deal was. Stealing something from you, not paying you for it etc etc. That's scamming. Also if you play at casino and someone doesnt pay when you win, it's scamming. There's no really definitioned explanation for scam, as it's self explaining what it is. I hope you understand.
