CPU Fan

Well, to put it shortly, the back fan of my PC runs real slow. I tried cleaning up and stuff but it still runs real slow. It eventually speeds up, but after a while, I get a black screen which runs on forever. If I stop the fan completely, the PC works just fine but the HDD eventually heats up to about 41-46Degree. So is there any way to fix this without getting a new fan?

There is only one method to make your CPU Fan run faster; you have to remove it from your PC then open it in the middle of the Fan afterwards you open it you will see the chiller of the Fan you have to grease it with fat; you may buy the computer oil at the PC markets and grease it that's the only way to make it run faster, for further information google it and you may find a screenshoots about the method.

These are the SpeedFan readings with the fan on.
If I have to grease it, then why does it eventually speed up and not stay at the low speed all the time?

Well because the roller has dryed in the corners and where it's still liquid it rolls faster that's your answer also; that can make you a further problems, try to grase it with Fan Oil and check what happens.

And why does the PC work fine with the fan stopped?

Well CPU fan is attached together with a heat sink on the mother board, CPU fan is used to prevent overheating of the processor on the motheboard so it doesn't make any issues to your runing of the PC; but it will soon, so i suggest you before you lose your PC do the method i stated above or buy a new CPU Fan or bring it to repariman.

I wonder why Temp1 shows a reading of -55C and Temp2 -2C.
Anyway, the best way to solve these fan problems is by buying a new fan. There's a big chance the fan has more problems than just the 'dry issue' because of the black screen event you are getting. Fans are not user-serviceable, not even PC-engineer-serviceable. Fans are either discarded after they break or sent back to manufacturer if still in warranty.

There is indeed a solution sometimes to make it ran faster; the method i stated above, else buying a new fan is better then trying my method.
