No. You cannot ask to become a leader of an official faction at all, and especially not with the amount od experiences you have here. If you would read the rules, you'd know it mate . Official faction status is granted by admins to a member they think is capable of leading one, or to an unofficial faction that did a good job. There's more but I cant answer it from my phone.

You need to create unofficial faction , and keep the RolePlay after that , Maybe one of the management team like your work he will open a faction and invite you it it and make you T0 in it , then you start inviting members.

You can see the faction IG with /factions

and unofficial faction can be created by using /creatgroup (group name)

you start with group if one of management team like your RP skills you will go official.
