Well I have 2 forums accounts, one which is this and 1 which i don't mention.
I haven't used this in ages, and for some reason i don't have the "messages" section beside "Members"..
Which restricts me from recieving messages

I think it will work like this
Go UCP> Board Preferences >And check Allow users to email me

It's probably in the banner as your name is long. Check below the logout button for any writing in the banner, Von.
