Script Update - V6.5R2

V6.5R2 contains some major updates and important decisions and will be set live shortly.
- Property movements are no longer possible. We will no longer move your houses or businesses.
- We no longer accept custom mapping for houses / businesses. They quite simply ruin Los Santos.
- Visible weapons on the player characters have been removed.
- When entering a car it will only show tickets issued by cops. Speeding tickets will be included in the total to pay but will not be listed every time.
- Improved weapon anti-cheat
- Mafia warehouses may now be upgraded in order to increase the material production rate. Only tier 0 members may upgrade their faction warehouse using /whupgrade
- Level 1: Production rate is 10 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $0
- Level 2: Production rate is 15 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $100 millions
- Level 3: Production rate is 20 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $200 millions (total $300m)
- Level 4: Production rate is 25 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $300 millions (total $600m)
- Level 5: Production rate is 30 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $400 millions (total $1b)
- Level 6: Production rate is 35 materials per 5 seconds. Cost: $500 millions (total $1.5b)
- Calling faction backup using the laptop will no longer trigger a checkpoint. This was an unfair advantage. Use /tracen instead.
- Hardware Shop owners can now define their item prices using /setprice
- 24/7 Shop owners can now define their item prices using /setprice
- Tuning/modifications on job vehicles will no longer save.
- /refuel pricing as been generally increased.
- Added 9 hardware stores around Los Santos which will be available to purchase.
- Added 9 24/7 stores around Los Santos which will be available to purchase.
- You can now buy localisation devices in hardware stores for $500.000. This is a fixed price and hardware shop owners cannot change it. The hardware shop owner will earn $50k from it and the hardware shop will get 20 comps removed. Once you have bought the localisation device, you can use /bk and your faction members will get a checkpoint set to your location.

Eventually the material prices will decrease to the sellable price, which doesn't make me happy.
Materials are barely being used, they're just being bought/sold.

Job vehicles, not normal vehicles. People used to tune their towtrucks and shizzle like that.

Best. Most illegal faction members would hate the idea of removing /laptop - backup(checkpoint) though.

I believe you can still call backup, and it'll say the location like Market, but the checkpoint won't show up anymore.

No, I think the backup thing has been removed conpletely from laptop, eventhough PD can still /bk and /em I think.

/laptop -> backup will no longer create a checkpoint for all members but it will only show the location name, e.g. "Market".
