I was wondering what is the most expensive premium/donator vehicle to buy and for how much.

By saying "Premium", Do you mean the Donator vehicles?

I'm not looking for standart vehicles, but Donator/Premium vehicles, I want to know their price In game for how much they sell. And the expensive ones.

NRG-500 can be sold for 18m-19m, so i guess it the most expensive one. ( Correct me if i'm wrong).

Honestly, yes it is, The Roadtrainer cost more but people barely buy it, so it's hard to sell. Anyway, it's your decision.

Yeah Roadtrain is most expensive and many factions buy it as you know leone the new faction so they might buy a roadtrain

That makes no sense, Leone got nothing to do with the Roadtrainers until they need them, If he'll donate for a roadtrainer that doesn't means that Leone will buy it, they can simply but it privatly, Because it's such a loose of factionizing such a expensive car.
