Okay , As you all my account got haxed by some one from Algeria , I opened new player - donated then he broke into this again ,
I want to know how its possible ?

He doesn't know my password , he is using a program or some thing like that.

Why would someone want to hack your account? There are plenty of rich players in the server, So why you?

You shared your password and/or account with a friend/family member. - No I swear
You gave your password to someone. (Whether it be someone impersonating an admin, ...) - No I swear

I heard there a program , u need to send to some one , and it send u the pw on mail. idk

The other reasons for "my account is hacked" could be.

- You have been infected with KeyLogger/Rat or any such software.This is the ussual tactic for stealing an account.Someone sends you an crypted virus from an link or via skype etc.. wich gives access the hacker to your computer, your passwords etc..

Soo do not open suspecius files aswell, since im introduced with all such software.

And when this happends, the people who dont understand this stuff, they blame woot for non security.

Run a virus Scan of your computer, Uninstall the latest thigns you have installed since yo ustarted getting hacked, You hav ea keylogger most probably and you need to get rid of it.

It's pretty obvious that he have been hacked by someone. He have might accessed to your email account, have you chandged password lately?

Maybe the acc u linked with ur character the one u can use to get back ur pass is hacked
Retrieve ur pass and then change the mail acc linked to it

To tell you the truth, there is no such thing as ''I'm hacked'', he probally somehow got to your password, or broke into your e-mail account, through the account safety question, wich was probally easy for him to gues the answer if he knows a bit about you IRL, I done this myself few times, the only way to try getting your account back is if he haven't changed the e-mail of the account to his own. Request a new password, using ''forgot my password'' and change it then IG.

It's possible to break into the database with all the information. But those who does things like this are not doing it to get an advantage through the gaming industry, And they need a very long education. I can never think it is a hacker in Algerie who is able to get into the database And actually choosen your account out of thousens.
