Opcode warning errors are caused by a mod for some of the tuneable cars, it has nothing to do with CLEO. Remove those mods and you wont crash
Tuneable cars = Sultan, Stratum, Flash, Premier, Taxi etc ..
EDIT:
As I can see you have a mod for Sultan, remove it and again rebuild the archieve if you want to completely remove those opcode errors

You cant install a corrupted mod which has errors without them, that's not possible
I already told you, dont install mods for the tuneable cars because 99% of them cause opcode errors and then crashes..
You have many other cars which you can use mods for, just dont do that for tuneables
