Try running the computer and when you got options to choose Run Windows normally or Run Windows in saftey mode try running it on saftey mode and not normally , some times it runs slower but it does help

Are you able to enter the boot menu? You will probably have to format your PC if it's able if not, we're not able to help here, you will have to get someone to check it, the whole integration etc etc.

I don't understand why people aren't using "Google" as their primary search engine when facing problems that aren't related to "SAMP" in any way possible. Here i did the search for you, try finding an answer to your problems here http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbysym ... urn-on.htm

You couldn't possibly have read all of the sub-sections for this short period of time. Check my link again, and this time carefully analyze every option included. We can't read for you ..

EDIT: If you still can't figure out the problem on your own, I'd suggest calling in for a computer technician. I know these checks cost, but if it's something minor it shouldn't be that much of a financial bother. Guess that's the price you have to pay for not being able to analyze things on your own, or even follow simple guides on the net..

Hard Disk problem. Try to change it. It can't be fixed.

Hahaha! This problem happens a lot on my desktop too.
It happens even for Window 7. Actually it's not about the operating system (software), but about your hardware. It means that your computer is too dusty and it couldn't run. Try cleaning it up and in WORST cases keep smashing it with your hand violently. Don't worry about it, it'll be fine and your computer will successfully launch.
Try this on my guarantee

The last thing that could be is that your hard drive is unpluged or barely has contact with the motherboard so it stucks there while loading bios, try to open your PC case and clean him,and make sure that all wires are connected to motherboard.

Yeah really funny percy, atleast i'm giving him some options which can cause that problem, because from time to time i have that problem when my hard drive disconnects from motherboard and my pc stucks..Instead of making new forum accounts over and over again and trolling around you should grow up.

Does your PC make any sounds?

Did you try resetting your BIOS? You can remove your board battery and it will reset your BIOS.

Does your keyboard respond?

If you can access BIOS, test all drives, RAM.

If you can't access BIOS, remove the hard drive, try entering setup and then plug.
