[GUIDE] CLEO 4 Mods

Hello everyone,i've noticed many players asking how to install the health and armor bar with number so today i'm going to make a shot guide.
If you're going to to install any other mod ,you have to contact the management team,esle you'll get punished.
This cleo mod is approved !
First of all you'll have to download CLEO 4 (http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/)
Install the CLEO 4 and then open GTA San Andreas folder and open CLEO folder
after that copy the Healthbar mod and paste it here.you can download the mod from here
NOTE: 7) Do not use any third-party software.
Using any third-party software to give you unfair advantage over other players is not allowed. If you have questions about e.g. CLEO mods, speak to an admin to avoid any misunderstandings.
Example of forbidden mods:
CLEO(EMLS is allowed for LEOs)
Cam hack
Autoaim
Sobeit

but didnt liked the mod that much. Gotta look for a fancy one
