Hi,

I am trying my first donation, just bought a Master Card credit card and I want to donate but I couldn't create a paypal account. The card is not international, it's a national tunisian card. I think that's the problem, if not please tell me why it doesn't work.





This is what it say:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued it. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Please enter a different card.

+ What does partial credit card and debit card number mean?

HELP !!

Make sure the bank allows you to use your credit card on the internet.

It's ok, you can lock the thread since I knew what the issue is. The card is not International that PayPal couldn't accept it and link it to my account. Too bad. Fuking ...
