It should get removed if you hardware scan your PC with an anti-virus program.
Do you have any clue what kind of trojan it is? name? It's the only way I could help you if you wanna delete it manually.
You could try checking your task manager for any suspicous .exe process.

If you had some braincells you could figure yourself by reading my reply, that you require an anti-virus.
Appearently you're brainless.

Don't run any dodgy virus scanner man, you can't trust them.
Just re-install windows and be done with it.
Make sure you make a backup of all savegames and screenshots you want to keep, then just remove all of your windows along with the virus. So:
1) Re-install Windows entirely.
2) Do not click any dodgy links in the future.
It has to be done each few years anyways.

I'd rather be brainless than be in bronze 5 tbh.

If you wanna remove the Trojan Virus from your computer; you have to use trojan killer which is a paying software but you can download it free from pirate website ( i don't suggest you to use them btw ) then you can probably remove or i'm sure it'll remove your Trojan virus from your PC.

Sad to hear that you have got infected by a trojan. A Trojan horse, or Trojan, is a hacking program that is a non-self-replicating type of malware which gains privileged access to the operating system while appearing to perform a desirable function but instead drops a malicious payload, often including a backdoor allowing unauthorized access to the target's computer. So I highly advise you to get it removed as you as a target can be look through the webcam etc.
I recommend you to download an antivirus software. The market is big But as I've seen the best in test i recommend three products:
Bitesdefender, Norton or Webroot one of those will instantly knock the virus off. Quick get it away
Good luck!

Correct , better buy that software instead to download from sites, if you download , it takes virus and harm to your PC.
Good Luck!

You should try to download the following softwares in Safe mode, but
Try this first:
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open the task manager.
Stop all processes with a bunch of numbers in them.
Go to Start>Computer>C: drive>Program Files>Temp files, and delete them all.
Empty the recycle bin.
Then go to Start>Run>type %temp% and delete all of those.
Empty the recycle bin again.
Then restart the computer, tap the F8 key while it is booting up, then choose "Safe mode with networking".
Download Malwarebytes from here:
http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-too...
When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe.
Then install it, update it, and run a full scan. Get the free version.
Now download SpyBot Search and Destroy from here:
http://internet-secrity-bestfree-firewal...
Update, Immunize, then scan & Fix
I’m sure this will all fix it and prevent further infection of your system

If you simply can´t get it off from some sort, then reset your whole PC everything from scratch, I advise you to backup data. It might be a virus in the files you want to save too remember that.

You could try that or
Run the computer in safe mood maybe, download an anti Virus. Load the computer back in normal and run it. (if it's causing problems you cant load in normal mode, that has happened to me before)) I don't know how bad your problem is but do you have SSES?

Alright; Trojan is seriously big issue; it is possible to remove it but you have to pay alot of time untill you find the detected file; it's kinda hiden unhide all your files; and delete some files in your desktop that you didn't see them before; or simply post them here. ( If you see any ) but i would totally recommend you to format your PC that's the only way to fix your PC complately.

Use an anti-virus and anti-malware program to remove the infections
Make sure you are using an anti-virus program and that the anti-virus program is updated to use the latest definitions. If you do not currently have an anti-virus installed, you can select one from the following list and use it to scan and clean your computer. The list below includes both free and commercial anti-virus programs, but even the commercial ones typically have a trial period in which you can scan and clean your computer before you have to pay for it.
Kaspersky Anti-virus
ESET Nod32
AVG
Avast
BitDefender
Microsoft Security Essentials
Trend Micro
Antivir
It is also advised that you install and scan your computer with MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware. Both of these are excellent programs and have a good track record at finding newer infections that the more traditional anti-virus programs miss. Guides on how to install and use these programs can be found below.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-r ... e-tutorial
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-r ... e-tutorial
After performing these instructions if you still are infected, you can use the instructions below to manually remove the infection.
How to remove these infections manually
We have finally arrived at the section you came here for. You are most likely reading this tutorial because you are infected with some sort of malware and want to remove it. With this knowledge that you are infected, it is also assumed that you examined the programs running on your computer and found one that does not look right. You did further research by checking that program against our Startup Database or by searching in Google and have learned that it is an infection and you now want to remove it.
If you have identified the particular program that is part of the malware, and you want to remove it, please follow these steps.
Download and extract the Autoruns program by Sysinternals to C:\Autoruns
Reboot into Safe Mode so that the malware is not started when you are doing these steps. Many malware monitor the keys that allow them to start and if they notice they have been removed, will automatically replace that startup key. For this reason booting into safe mode allows us to get past that defense in most cases.
Navigate to the C:\Autoruns folder you created in Step 1 and double-click on autoruns.exe.
When the program starts, click on the Options menu and enable the following options by clicking on them. This will place a checkmark next to each of these options.
Include empty locations
Verify Code Signatures
Hide Signed Microsoft Entries
Then press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the startups list using these new settings.
The program shows information about your startup entries in 8 different tabs. For the most part, the filename you are looking for will be found under the Logon or the Services tabs, but you should check all the other tabs to make sure they are not loading elsewhere as well. Click on each tab and look through the list for the filename that you want to remove. The filename will be found under the Image Path column. There may be more than one entry associated with the same file as it is common for malware to create multiple startup entries. It is important to note that many malware programs disguise themselves by using the same filenames as valid Microsoft files. it is therefore important to know exactly which file, and the folder they are in, that you want to remove. You can check our Startup Database for that information or ask for help in our computer help forums.
Once you find the entry that is associated with the malware, you want to delete that entry so it will not start again on the next reboot. To do that right click on the entry and select delete. This startup entry will now be removed from the Registry.
Now that we made it so it will not start on boot up, you should delete the file using My Computer or Windows Explorer. If you can not see the file, it may be hidden. To allow you to see hidden files you can follow the steps for your operating system found in this tutorial:
How to see hidden files in Windows
When you are finished removing the malware entries from the Registry and deleting the files, reboot into normal mode as you will now be clean from the infection.
