[GUIDE] Aviation & Sailing Permit

Hi,
This is just a quick guide on how to gain two Permits (Licenses) - Aviation & Sailing.
The Aviation Permit costs $50,000 USD, and is located at Verdant Meadows in the Northern Part of Las Venturas.
- The Sailing Permit costs $40,000 USD, and is located at Bayside Marina in Tierra Robada in the North Western part of the Map.
- Note - I have a HD Map Mod, so the location may look different, but is in the same place.
