Are you sure you're using 0.3z ? Also, put the right IP ( server.sa-mp.im:7777 ) .

Show us the full screen-shot, it might be your internet connection.

all other server are working....

1) open cmd.exe (windowskey+r -> enter cmd.exe in the box)

2) type:
tracert server.sa-mp.im

3) wait for it to finish & upload a screenshot of it

oh you're from pakistan - your government/isps have been blocking a lot of IPs lately for no reason. there is nothing you can do against it.

you can try using a VPN though
