Using formats!

Hi,
Something that most people don't know about is the usage of formats. Even though it's pretty helpful if you know how the php codes work. When you're applying for a job, reporting a player or appealing a ban, this short guide can help you out.
Let's say, you're reporting a player. You search for the given format, which can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4

1) Afterwards, you copy EVERYTHING that is written in the code section.
2) Copy and paste it where you want to post it, either a thread or a reply.
3) The most important step: WRITE AFTER THE [/b].
