This Tools help's you alot if you're testing something it removes the annoying Connection Delay from SA:MP.

Just put the .asi in the Folder Note: You need to have the ASI Loader it comes with CLEO!
60 Game restarts = 60*3 = 180 = 3 Minutes, so you're not wasting your time ;D

You're teaching people how to download, get used with CLEOs, so they can save 3 seconds of their life.
I would rather keep people as least used to CLEOs as I can.

3 seconds are important in my life, same thing goes to some people. You're not forced to download it.

Obviously I won't download it, that was not the point of my post. Just that I find dispensable to encourage people to use CLEOs, as it will make them be familiar with the installation/use process, and could turn to hacks more easily.

Yeah right, between all the other CLEO mods posted here you accuse me in particular of indirectly encouraging people to use hacks. If you really know about CLEO, it doesn't include hacks only. It has many stuff that have no advantage. I'm sure you're using it yourself now anyways lol.

Don't make it personal I'd make that comment regardless of who is the original poster. If you notice, the list of allowed CLEOs is really narrow and admins only allow it when the majority of the people ask for it + there's no advantage. There is a reason to be this way.

Nope. I'm just surprised anyone even fucking bothered to do this. I could understand if it removed the annoying fucking GTA SA loading screen before actual connection, but this is just shit.
