First, you will have to download Spark Tools.
Download Spark Tools here!

Scroll down until you find "Download" Then start download it.
It dosen't really matter if your using another browser, just download it and click on it. After you download it, click on it and this will appear: Click on "Spark 0.9.2018" and this will appear: After you've clicked on "Spark 0.9.2018" You will have to click on Spark.exe. When you have clicked on Spark.exe, this will appear in your screen. You will now have to click on "File" After you clicked on "File" click on "Open" and find your Gta San Andreas, and after you find Gta San Andreas or Rockstar Games, where ever you GTA is located, then find a map called "Models" Click on it and after that, click on "gta3" When you click on "gta3" Many shit will pop out. PS: DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH IT! Or your samp will get fucked.

Now we are almost done, the last step you have to do is to download the Mod you want, exampel here:
In the spoiler, you will see that i choose the golden weapon MOD.
You will have to download it and open the files.
Open the files of the Mod you choose, click on "Weapons" Skins" or what ever you have, i will have to click on "Weapons" You can choose wich gun you want to mod, as you can see on my screens.
After you see all the weapon names or the files, you will have to drage the files into the Spark Tools.
When you put all the gun mods or what you have in Spark Tools, remeber to click on Save, i will show you on the last screen shot in the spoiler! PS: It will say "responding" But just wait, the Spark Tool will get white, bugged and it will say "responding" After you wait like 10 seconds it wont get bugged, just Save and your done!

But remember, if your downloading it, dont have Gta open, then you can't download it.

Okey then, but maybe people think this is easier, for those who can't download mods.

IMG tool and this program has the SAME way to isntall mods, just IMG tool has no bugs.
