Confusing on 2 commands in game

So when i type /inv becuz it a shortcut of inventory and it said you not allow to use it and when i type /inventory it work normaly like the way it was so what diffenrent about 2 commands ? Just want to know the answer for less confusing

/inv is used by admins to check for health hackers.

As Altierri says, /inv is for administrators to check if a player is health hacking, and /inventory is the one you want.
