People complain/pay for reserved skins and they don't even use them. seems legit.

Requires a lot of updates, as you've missed some skins, misplaced a few, forgot to replace Pirates MC and named LSPD/SASF/FBI illegal.

It's gonna be updated, please note that there're some t0s that're pretty much I/A so I can't get their restricted skins IDs. I updated PMC and added it as "toakai" with N/A since as far as I know; they didn't restrict one yet.

I am not sure, but I think F.B.I doesn't have restricted skin and if they do it's not 284 since PD are using it and I never saw someone from FBI with it
