I have one question about the server, when will be all IP-Unbans in this server?

lol,i think Never.Since everyone who change IP and join server again,its Ban Evade and he will get again IP Ban.
Be Patient and appeal.

Never. Why would we unban ALL? Appeal if you were banned.
