PM woot first about you donating the amount ( what package do you want) wait for his reply then donate and he will catch you in game and set your stats and give you the package you chose.

What Jimmy said but you can just simply donate and wait for woot to come in-game and tell him "/irc I donated, donation status please."
and woot can check what and how much you donated.
(Around 3/4 days to catch woot in-game.)
