hi guys my name is Jimmy_Couger and i have a problem in gane i bought a phone and it wont let me do ./number it says im not allowed and there r other commands that wont let me do anything. and also how do i get score

As for your phone you need to buy a phone book to be able to do /number, Also to get a score you must play on the server to gain Respect-Points (RPoints) which will add up and eventually you will level up (get a score)
