Can Somebody Help me with this job send some information, which level you need to be.

If I am not wrong you need 200 mechanic skill to be able to tow cars to avoid noob abuse,lvl doesn't really matters.........
1)Go to City hall(/gps)
2)Get the mechanic Job
3)Wait for calls and repair 200 cars
4)then you can tow cars But Do Not abuse it
