if this still are being updated, SDC skins are wrong, skin ID8 is lower than 120, but no one is using 8 because its so ugly :p

Hello, I noticed that factions has restricted new skins and new skins has been added in 0.3.7, therefore I'm going to make a new one with the same format.
Note: The lower ranked skin comes first
