This is a guide for newbies who does not know how they can forum PM someone, avoid useless comemnts, please.

Click on someones profile name, for example:

[+] How to

Then you'll get a page like this:

[+] Page

Now, just click on PM: Create a subject/title and the message you want to send him. Easy guide
I made this guide beacuse i've seen new players on forums before who dosen't know how to pm.
And you need atleast 5-10 posts to forum PM someone.

You can use "Save" so you can PM him later or such ..
