Best Screen Recording Program? ( 4 N00B )

Can somebody sent me a link to a free easy to use and no lagging (I use a laptop) screen recording program.
Am kind of new to the whole recording thing i need something simple to use.
I tried Camtasia Studio 8 but it was laggy and flaps thing i didn't know how to use :/

fraps, but you'll have to buy it. You could pirate it but hey, can't talk about it over forums or we'll get banned & topic closed
Yet, fraps isn't too expensive and easy to use. You're going to need another program for compressing it though cuz fraps recording files are huge.

Fraps, but you must convert the videos for one video (i dont know how to spell it:P) Because the fraps will only record like 2min because the quality is pro.
