[SOLVED] GTA SA Problem

I dont know that I posted this in right board or what, but I really need some help here.
These days I was facing errors every 5th, or 10th minute I play SAMP, the error looked like:-

Well, this was not the real problem. I thought it would be a problem in my game, after I reinstalled my game THE REAL PROBLEM CAME. I opened the game, but the game did not open, I again re-extracted it, but the same error.

Dx files = directX

Install directx, google directX

Just "ignore" it, and if it wont work, click it like 5 times and it would work.
But when you run as administration, you can't download any Mods or Cleos.
