Unfortunately, as a civilian, you may not do this runs. Only factions members may do this runs, if you at any point joined a faction, reading this guide will help you out;

Those runs you mentioned TyL0r are usually referred as Sultan Runs. They are done by driving a sultan to that place, and delivering the crate you picked up at Los Santos (you get a signal on the minimap). Unfortunally they can only be done by Faction members who aren't Tier 0/1 (Means Tier 3/2 may do them).

There are however several other runs in the server, some of which also faction restricted (Burrito, Maverick), other's everyone can do (Warehouse, for example).

As a civillian the only runs for you that are available are, /pickstuffs and /pickalcohol.
