• Good proof would be
• The IP-Address that you played with.
• An approximate time when you created your account.
• Any of the things you owned.
• Anything that leads to proof of you owning the account.

Mainly, the E-mail you registered with is the emphasis, considering you "lost" it, you were unable to fully take care of your account..
