[ANSWERED] Optimizing GTA SA

So I didn't test this on my PC yet, but my GTA is running very bad on my laptop. My laptop specs are GTX 1060 6GB, 16 GB RAM & i7 8th Gen and the FPS is around 85-95.
Does anyone know how could I optimize the game better & possibly get the max out of it? Thanks.

fresh install using the full version
update directx & gpu, sound drivers
silentpatch & streammemfix are the only performance mods you need
open SA-MP.cfg in gta user files/samp and edit line "multicore" to 1 if it is 0, to 0 if it is currently 1

this game is so old it runs different on every setup, it's just sad

A fresh install fixed my issue. I also have streamemfix & samp addon
