Must be able to pass initial mental tests.
Must be able to pass security clearance.
Must be able to provide a criminal record without severe crimes
Must not have any ties to any known criminals
Must be eligible for international travels. [ i dont understand this section ]
Must be clean from any illegal contraband.[ i dont understand this ]
Must have a positive attitude and show ambition.

The first one that you dont understand quite means nothing but that you are able to travel internationally, second one nothing criminal on you aka clean criminal logs. It is just sophisticated English that k3lroy likes to use.
