[Answered] SA:MP keeps crashing with the following error, Help!!!!
My samp keeps crashing and shows me this screen:

Exception At Address: 0x0040FB80 | Common crash on windows 7 x64 computers. Happens when you run it in compatibility mode of Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista (any service pack). | Fix by disabling compatibility and running gta_sa.exe as administrator.
( While doing this (Fix by disabling compatibility and running gta_sa.exe as administrator.) you will get "mause bug" once you get the bug fix it by : ( http://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Common_Probl ... pause_menu

@Jems thanks for the information; my compatibility is disabled as you can see below:
Should I change it to windows 8 as that's the highest one available. The game still has not worked.
When I run GTA San Andreas with out SAMP or Launcher it works normally except my mouse does not work with it. On the GTA San Menu i can move the mouse normally but in game I can't. Maybe thats stopping me from running SAMP?
