turfs not blinking in minimap and map overall

so basicly i cant see turfs while they been taking , i use the same mods i'm using for over a year now and never had problem like that ..
what i mean is when lets say X faction taking Y faction's turf i cant see wich turf it is , the only thing i can do is to sit somewhere and wait till /fbk shows up

i didnt installed any new mods in the last year so it cant be because of moding the game
i know its not related but it started when the server had that datebase re-roll or w/e was that few days ago..

i cant even show a video for example of what i'm talking about since no turfs has been taking etc etc ...

already tried to change hud.txd still not working

(i see turfs but i dont see it blinks , legend is off, blink&map is on )
