Exactly Richard , you're my RL neighbour and I told you the reason , I am using my Old CPU in which SAMP isn't working, but today, I requested to my father to bring it back my new CPU because currently I'm making some application for kemirov as well as school project which is very usefull in future, probably my father will bring within september , my paremts are caring about my exams, that's why they don't want to return it back, but hopefullly I'll be soon IG otherwise next year :/

Yes, Oak you're totally right atleast kemirov is waring from last 5-6 months, In Jan2014 War with tatta and now with paterno, atleast we're fighting, we are not like other factions who scared from their loosing money, Vasily is very good. .

Because fighting in a war for months that you know you cannot win is a waste of time, money, and it will damage your faction tremendously. If I would be warring a much richer and stronger faction, why would I continue until I've ran out of resources and then give up? Just surrender the moment you know you cannot win. Both options end up in you surrendering anyway. It's up to you to choose with how much money/materials left you surrender.

Ooohhh, there are plenty. But you need to understand that most of the factions will never be able to live up to the amount of money Tattaglia holds. Being rich is fun, but it holds Tattaglia from the 1 thing they all desire so deeply: a war.

The point system is the worst system that ever existed, simply because all the involved players' actions were directed through the OOC installed points.

Money is not something keeping us safe. There are lots of factions who have got the same figures of e-cash, but they wouldn't war us. Fact is that, even though Vasily had more money than me, he lost it all while I made 200M. Carrone had less than Vasily too, at the end he made 400M more than he had prior to the war start, while Vasily lost 1.5B.

What I don't understand is how wars are being set up as if faction A was asking faction B out on a romantic date. There need to be more forced wars.
