Screen-lag

Good evening IM'ers !

I don't get it .. I got horrible screen-lags , I can't control things IG ( vehicles , weapons etc ) .
I can see the picture changes in every 2 seconds , like there is no continuous between them !

It's very disturbing , and while I'm a cop it disturbing even more .

I tried to re-download/install GTA / SAMP , but it didn't help.

If I could upload tomorrow a video of how I can see my GameScreen , I will do it .

BTW : I remember that someone told me that there is a command that helps to lower the screen lags ..

I assume this is a new thing? It might be caused by too much mods, but usually in cases of very low FPS the blame lies with old or faulty hardware. You should consider upgrading your graphics card and/or CPU, but if your PC is really old you should consider buying a new one alltogether.
