Well, I've formatted my PC a while ago (about week). Now when I am attempting to launch games, it's just shows me a symbol to wait and then it disappears without any result. A friend told me that I need to install new game drivers but I cannot find them in google, or a guide in youtube. Help me ASAP please.

Might be your resolution. Do you have two screens? When I have a invalid resolution, GTA will exit upon launch at my computer.

Ah. Already thought it was a dual screen problem. Well, the thing I can suggest is;

1) Windows Key + P and disable one of your screens.
2) Upon launch you get a box to set your screen and resolution for the game. But I doubt you get it.

IF you have two screens. You'll get this. Disconnect the projector and it will probably work.

This is for if the game crashes when a vehicle explodes but may also work for your issue.

If you have 2 monitors then there are 3 ways to solve this:
1. Disable your 2dr monitor when you play sa-mp. (Maybe not so smart if you like to have the monitor on.)
2. Set your Visual FX quality to low. (Esc > Options > Display Setup > Advanced)
3. Rename your GTA San Andreas folder (e.g. to "GTA San Andreas2") (This often works, however sometimes it may stop working again so you need to rename it to something else.)

I had some quality problem a while ago, and at least I changed my video card, I guess it's why I cannot run any game now, although I was playing SA-MP with the current card before I've formatted my PC...
