It's funny cuz we once had this and the community wanted to see it changed back.
This is just about spawning, so you don't spawn on another vehicle. You can still ram. Thats how I understand vehicle collision.

I'm aware that you cant use skins 303 304 305 yet, I forgot to set the ethnicity for them. You can use them from the next restart onwards.

Those files weren't changed in 0.3.7 so even if you click ignore you should be able to install the client perfectly. They're already installed in 0.3z.
Not you alone encountered that problem. Me and 80% of players if not more. There's nothing to worry about.

I had this to after deleting the old samp...just restart ur pc and install the new samp it will work
