I too know a similar site.
I have been using it for a long time to check my ip address and also to gather information about other ip address.
The site is IP-Details.com.The always loads very fast than others .It also has a Domain Host Search which will be useful to find ip address of a domain or a website.

Start
Type ' cmd ' and press enter right away
Type ' Ipconfig ' and search for ' default gateway '
This is your IP address.
This always worked for me. As some times, as my IP is changed a lot, those website takes time to respond to my new IP, so it gives me the old one... But with cmd, it gets updated fast.
