How do you recommend I solve this when the admin involved has banned me from appealing, won't reply to my FPM and I'm banned from IRC by Woet?

Sorry I won't roll over and die but I was banned for telling the truth - QUISS offered to get me unbanned for $, I told an admin because a helper told me to and it prolonged my ban?

What other avenue do I have?
