kill list

can you help me on a kill list? I already re-install SA-MP and the same documents and removes me and niuw installed appropriately and properly again same problem

My kill list is just gone, and there is nothing in that place

Remove the gta_sa.set file from My Documents --> GTA San Andreas user Files
Then press F9 IG.
It should appear.
