Well i saw many players using mods for weapons, skins, crossfires and i'm asking how to upload mod for the map and the place where you see how many cash you got and witch weapon are you using..

I'd like to know how to install them and where to find them?

Something like this:

If its mods for guns then you need to use img tool,
and if its the Hud ''Money and map'' put it in the models folder and replace.

Yes, but how to find witch thing to replace with?
I know that i need to use a IMG tool, used it to replace deagle i did that successfully.
But i need a mods and help how to install them(for the map and the weapons).

In IMG TOOL: Click open on File select Open. When you in that go on models folder & then you need to find the gta3 file and select it. After that you do this. Click EDIT button in img tool, click find and then you find the exact name as the 2 files is EXAMPLE: desert_eagle.txd - desert_eagle.dll. And select it and replace with the skin you wanted. DO EXACT AS THE FILE NAME IS .DLL .TXD DO NOT MIX THEM TOGETHER. Follow exactly steps else the game dont work..

I had used it but it's too laggy when i pass by the PD or when i see PD car..
