Why is it allowed for helpers and admins to have more than 1 account that is tier 0? This also includes the tier 1 rule.

There aren't even any admins leading two factions, it's just tiers.
I myself held an illegal t1 and legal t1 at the same times, never was even accused of anything.

As far as i know he is T1 at SDC but even if he/ozzy are T0 in two factions and the server managment allows it then thats how it is. =]

Because Admins/Helpers are the most experienced players in the server (exceptions may happen) and there's a reason of why the management have chosen them. They are skilled enough and active which allows them to manage and run things properly.

It's not. Ozzy is just Ozzy ok.
Snuffie's gotta choose sooner or later but right now he's standing in for Nino for obv reasons.
