New in-game polling system.

Management members may now create polls that players can vote on in-game. These will be used to gather user feedback for new/old features or other changes. Once you log in and there are active polls you have yet to vote on, you will be given a notification. You can cast your vote using the /polls command.

Restrictions:

• You must be level 10 or above to vote.
• You may only vote with 1 account.

Wheel of fortune.
We've added a new reward system. You can find it at https://sa-mp.im/profile/fortune . Here you'll spend spin tokens for a chance on some pretty good rewards! Certain rewards have a limited stock. You'll find all the rewards, odds and winning history on the ucp page.

You will have a random chance on obtaining a spin ticket every paytime. We'll look into rewarding them through other means in the near future.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed a bug where /mycp would show the incorrect id's for house & turf checkpoints.
• Fixed not-logged in players being incorrectly flagged as mobile users.
• Some back-end improvements/changes.
